IMPORTANT ARTWORK INFORMATION: 

Print Ready: Artwork Must be "Print Ready" and in a PNG format! Please select the desired size of DTF Transfer and quantities for printing.

Artwork/design Colors: We are not responsible for colors. You MUST check your colors -- we do not match colors and we do not check colors for you. Please check your Pantone colors as what you see on the screen is not necessarily what will print.

Small, Fine Print: Words less than 0.3 inches will not print and will most likely not transfer onto the garment. Fine details will not adhere to the transfer. Be sure to add a stroke and make any fine details thicker for best results. 

Transparency/Special effects:  Transparency/Special effects on images/artwork or see through effects and drop shadows do not work for direct to film transfers. Please take off any shadow or gradient effects as it will not print as you see on the screen.

Artwork Resolution: Artwork needs to be created in 300 DPI for best print quality. Images with lower quality will not print well. The Direct To Film printing process needs a high quality image to have a clean and sharp images. Check your artworks edges for blurriness and pixillations. Please correct artwork before sending.

Copyrights and copyrighted images: We will not print copyrighted or trademarked artwork/designs. Copyrighted or trademarked artwork/designs that are submitted for print WILL be rejected. Please only send copyright and copyrighted Designs/Artwork you own.

 

Transfer Application Information

WARM PEEL TRANSFERS (100% Cotton and 50/50% Cotton/Poly blends)

1. Set your Heat Press at 300F (149C) and 15 Seconds time with Firm Pressure (80-90psi)
2. Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds
3. Place your desired transfer on the garment
4. 1st press at 300F (149C) for 15 seconds - Firm Pressure (80-90psi)
5. Peel Warm or Cool (rubbing the transfer film with cloth is recommended)
6. 2nd press cover with Teflon or Parchment sheet a 300F (149C) for 15 seconds - Firm Pressure (80-90psi)

Note: Firm and even pressure is important for good adhesion, avoid any pocket, seams, button, zippers, etc. within the press area.
